Insurance

While I do not accept insurances, per request I can provide a super-bill (invoice) at the end of each month. With a super-bill you send it to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please consult with your insurance company directly for any related questions.

The amount of potential reimbursement depends on the requirements of your specific insurance plan.

Some (not all) Questions to Ask Your Insurance:

• Does my insurance include mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• Is pre-approval required from my primary care physician?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• Do I have a HMO plan or PPO plan?
