Life Transitions
Just as there are different seasons and phases of the moons, our life is in constant transition. Some of these transitions bring some varying feelings, even if these transitions are preferred. Does your current transition include post college, new career, recent divorce, parenthood (both new parents and seeing children leave) or more? These and other transitions can guide us to the assistance of therapy. Together we will process these varying feelings to aid you in getting to where it is you desire while honoring your authentic and true self.
Relational Issues
Platonic? Family? Relationship? Self? There is varying types of relationships and all of them have their issues, hopes, and desires. It is complex to navigate these relationships when we add multigenerational issues, our intersectionality, and varying other parts of ourselves to the mix. Together we will work to identify varying parts of yourself and your desires for these relationships and create pathways to create a life you have been desiring in these relationships. Lets make your dreams a reality.
Neurodivergence
Many times people come from a frame work on thinking everyone may view the world the same. Many times people will want to work from a frame work that may try and alter one to conform to standards society has set for neurotypical individuals. Here we will honor who you are in guiding you in obtaining the life and reality you desire. We can work together to guide you to gain this while honoring who you are.
Chronic Illness
Healing is complex and when we add a chronic illness it adds to the complexity. You may be seeking therapy to manage depression and anxiety, in addition to living with a chronic illness or you may be seeking out therapy to cope with a chronic illness new diagnosis or flare up. No matter where you find yourself in your chronic illness healing and coping journey I am here to be a piece of the puzzle.
