This can be heavy to carry alone. I aim to provide a space for you to express and process what you are experiencing in this phase of your life. To sit with you to navigate your story and work together to create a new narrative to your life. I want to work together to aim to get to where you want to be while honoring your true and authentic self.

All through life we have to navigate the story of our life. Approaching therapy I like to think of it as you’re in a space where there are either multiple avenues, what feels like no avenues or you’re wanting to draw up your own next avenue. Together we will navigate your story and where you want to head next.

Life is not easy and the choices we have to make and the realities we have to navigate that have been placed on us are difficult but we can navigate this together.
